The office decoration project of Hangzhou Tengxintang Investment Manegement Consulting Co.LTD was located on the 71st floor, No. 501, Yincheng Middle Road, Lujiazui, Pudong New District, Shanghai (71F of Shanghai Tower). This project consists of four parts: the front hall exhibition area, a studio, a Jiangnan garden lounge, and an office area. We combine modern advanced technology with office and display equipment, plant a large number of greenery indoors, and use environmentally friendly materials to achieve a modern, natural and exquisite office environment.

From the floor plan, the outer outline of the building is circular, and the relationship with the square traffic core is like an ancient copper coin. We streamlined the four corners between the square and the circle to form four spaces that are very different in form— the lobby, the lounge area, the trading room, and the bamboo forest. Not only does this make traffic routes smooth, but it also gives staff a sense of direction in the office, as circling in a circular space without changes can be confusing.

Visually, with a net height of only 3 meters in a 200-square-meter indoor space is indeed like a flattened box, and the kind of tall and open visual experience that the office needs is difficult to find in this "flat box." We sectionally applied dark mirrored stainless steel to create tension and accentuate the heights of the space.

In terms of lighting, the ceiling is illuminated by three-color fluorescent lamps closed to daylight, and the office desktop receives the reflected light of the ceiling, imitating the most realistic natural light.

As of materials, we use glass, marble, metal, leather, natural rubber, green plants, and other harmless and environmentally friendly materials to create a comfortable and healthy office environment.
